About This Work

Damien Hirst’s *The Virtues Honesty H9-5* belongs to the artist’s ongoing “Virtues” series, where colour, chance, and belief converge in a contemporary meditation on value systems. Executed through Hirst’s distinctive spin-painting process, the work’s concentric, centrifugal bursts of pigment are built through controlled rotation, allowing gravity and velocity to choreograph the paint’s dispersal. About the Artist

Damien Hirst was born in 1965 in Bristol and grew up in Leeds.
